The growth the the Mexican segment is obvious in the marketplace. We see more establishments with Mexican theme. Now we are seeing the mainstreaming of Mexican items on other chains. The fish taco is finding itself on menus everywhere. Bad for fish but good for you to consider adding this and other items to your menus
