Sure, you know about cutting costs and doing all the extra things you can during lean times. Do you remember to take care of your employees? This is not the time to forget about them. Yes it might be hard for them to find other work......but.......treat them poorly and you will reap what you so.
Keep in mind that motivating employees does not have to be expensive either. Learn about what you need to do by reading more. What was really good to remember that now is a great time to re-train your staff. Teach them how to do their job correctly and effectively now. It saves you now and ALSO makes it much easier for you in the future when you are busy with other things you will know that you have a well trained staff.....StayTuned
