Green initiatives gaining traction in restaurants
Global warming a hoax? Who cares?! The key thing is that the movement to "GREEN" is real and we all need to jump on and get ome of the "GREEN!!!" for ourselves. To be fair, keep in mind that not all GREEN initiatives are ever going to help your bottom line so the take away for many should be that you need to look at the ROI of every GREEN item and see if that works for you. What we all do know is that if you are doing something GREEN at your restaurant that it is very important for your potential and existing customers know about it. In the hotel industry you will often see table tents that talk about how they save water by not changing linens daily.
