The trend is your friend.....and I have quite a few friends - leisure suits, bell-bottoms, big hair -- but enough about me. It's learning what the latest restaurant trends are and staying in front of them or at least with them. Look too to see that not everything requires huge investments of time or capital. Look at how you can use some good ideas to increase your impact in your market. Making a big splash without a huge investment is awesome. We all know that this is where the profit potential lies.
